Philippine National Police officers can now view their monthly salary, deductions, and financial records through the official PNP Online Payslip Portal at payslip.pnppms.org. This digital system is secure, convenient, and provides instant access to your salary information anytime, anywhere.
What is PNP Payslip?
The PNP Payslip Portal is a secure online platform where police personnel can:
- View monthly salary and earnings
- Review tax withholdings and deductions
- Download payslip copies in PDF format
- Print payslips for loan applications
- Access previous months’ records (12-24 months history)
- Verify SSS, PhilHealth, and PAG-IBIG contributions
First-Time Login: Registration Steps
- Visit https://payslip.pnppms.org/
- Click ‘New User’ or ‘Register’
- Fill in your PNP ID number
- Enter your full legal name (as on government ID)
- Input your date of birth
- Provide your registered email address
- Enter your mobile number for OTP verification
- Create a strong password (mix of letters, numbers, symbols)
- Receive verification email with activation link
- Activate account and set security questions
- Login with your username and password
